Reflection: Traits of a Leader

The person is disciplined, relates with people, fulfill all his or her promises, behaves well. The person can be himself and earn the respect of his followers and must be humble. He is very mature, responsible, and understand that everyone is important. I think that they would like to grow in all the ares as all of them are important and without one of them we will not get the perfect leader.
